Subscription cancellation policy

A Convive coffee subscription is a recurring order that renews every two weeks or every four weeks, whichever you chose, and is billed to your saved payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

You can skip, pause, swap, or cancel at any time. Sign in to your account and open Manage subscriptions, or use the link in any subscription email. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to that renewal. There are no cancellation fees.

Orders that have already been roasted and shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can cancel or skip any future renewal. If a renewal was charged in error, email convivecoffeeroastery@gmail.com and a real person at the roastery will sort it out.
