We roast every day and ship as orders come in. You'll get a tracking email the moment the label prints. If it's been more than a week, write us and we'll chase it.
Yes. Log in, open your subscription, and swap coffees, change the grind, skip a delivery, or pause. Or reply to any subscription email and we'll do it for you.
Wholesale is where Convive started. If you run a café, restaurant, or shop, head to the catering & wholesale page and tell us about it.
Not yet. Online orders ship from the roastery, and orders over $60 ship free. If you're local, every cafe keeps our bags on the shelf, so you can always grab one in person.
