Coffee Shop in Mars, PA
Our Mars cafe is at 960 Adams Shoppes, on Route 228 between Cranberry Township and Mars, a few minutes from Seven Fields, with parking right out front. Everything in the cup is roasted by us in Pittsburgh. If you've been looking for a coffee shop in Mars, Cranberry, Adams Township, or Seven Fields that isn't a chain, this is it.
Mars is the Convive people settle into: laptop-friendly afternoons, a table for the meeting that didn't need a conference room, the Peanut Butter Draft, and a pay-it-forward wall by the register. Buy a drink for someone you'll never meet, and it's there for whoever needs it.

Where the coffee is made
Roasted every day on Butler Street.
Convive has roasted its own coffee since 2012. Today the roasting is designed and run by our roastmaster, Paulo Meléndez — a Q Grader, a two-time Guatemalan National Barista Champion, and a coffee farmer's son. We roast in small batches every day at our Lawrenceville roastery, and the bags on this shop's shelf come straight from there.
The espresso in every drink is Revive. Drip is Folksy, the house blend. The single origins change with the harvest, and Roaster's Choice is whatever Paulo is most excited about this week.
