Shipping policy

Shipping

We roast every day at our Lawrenceville roastery and ship orders as they come in, so what arrives at your door was green coffee only days earlier. Every bag is stamped with its roast date.

Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, and on every subscription order. Smaller orders ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the roastery.

Pick up instead? Coffee is on the shelf at all four Convive cafes: Lawrenceville, North Shore, McCandless, and Mars. Hours and directions are on our Contact page.

Questions about an order? Email convivecoffeeroastery@gmail.com or call 412-915-5000 and a real person at the roastery will help.
